My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for children and families to grow, heal and connect. I use a strengths based, relational approach and integrate play, art, music, mindfulness and movement into my work.
I have a background in working with individuals and families experiencing challenges related to trauma, attachment, family conflict, ADHD, anxiety and depression. I am certified in DC: 0-5 Assessment and I’m currently being trained in Trauma Informed Child Parent Psychotherapy (TI-CPP).

I have experience working with diverse populations in a variety of mental health settings including: schools, pre-k through grade twelve intensive day treatment, residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs and family visitation centers. I have experience providing individual, family and group therapy services.
