Substance Use Staff Supervisor
There is hope for every patient. They come to us from a position of hopelessness. We cannot “fix” anyone, we are simply tour guides. It is our responsibility to provide a safe environment where we can meet them where they are at and gently, but firmly guide them down the path of hope, healing, and recovery.
I supervise staff serving ages 13 – 18 (adolescent) and 18+ (adult).
MICD (Mental Illness/Chemical Dependency)
My career in Chemical Dependency spans the past twenty-two years. As a primary counselor, I have worked in both residential and outpatient programs gender-specific and co-ed programs. I have served adolescents and adults in correctional and community settings. Prior to taking on the SU Staff Supervisor position, I served as Director of an LGBTQIA specific residential program for five years.
