I believe that mental illness and life’s difficulties can be devastating and greatly reduce our ability to function at our personal best. My goal is to help facilitate change, skill mastery, and acceptance; as well as to help develop insight into our abilities and capacity to cope with our most difficult challenges.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, diagnostic assessments, group therapy, and psychological evaluations (forensic, child protection, disability and diagnostic determination) in both Spanish and English. Focuses in Mood Disorders, anxiety, Personality Disorders, trauma, life changes, interpersonal relationship difficulties, anger management and grief support. Also, specialized in cross cultural issues, acculturation and multi-cultural conflicts.
