I strive to help create a safe and understanding environment for people in crisis to feel as though they’re being heard. I am genuinely curious to hear other people’s stories and assist them in any way I can during times of need.

I have been doing crisis work in various forms for almost 10 years. In addition to that, I am very passionate about grief work and support services for bereaved individuals.

Professional Experience

I love social work and the different areas in which we can get involved in our communities and serving others. I have worked primarily with teens and young adults in many different capacities while they are processing crises and/or trauma. I have also been involved in grief work for about 8 years.

Education

BA in Sociology and Anthropology and Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Master of Clinical Social work from the University of St. Thomas

MSW, working on my LGSW
