Professional Philosophy

I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for the children I work with so they can grow, learn and achieve shared goals using a variety of evidence based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. Approaches used may include, cognitive behavior therapy, trauma therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, strength based, and narrative therapy

School based program includes ages 8-18.

Professional Experience

I have clinical experience working as a school based therapist for 3 years. I have also worked in outpatient clinic setting with both adolescents and adults. I have past experience working in residential and as a case manager working with clients experiencing severe and persistent mental health.
