Paula Childers

Professional Philosophy

I approach my practice with a strong belief that problems represent a temporary breakdown in a person’s ability to manage life, and that all people can make changes. Using a holistic, strengths-based, nurturing, respectful approach, I work in partnership with people. Together we identify each person’s goals for our work together, together we develop a plan to work to achieve that their goals, and together we work to to meet those goals.
