Professional Philosophy

As a public health professional, I strongly believe in the importance of health education and promotion, which are vital in supporting suicide prevention in Minnesota. My goal is to provide resources and support to ensure all Minnesotans have access to crisis services and education about how suicide can prevented.

Professional Experience

I have worked at Canvas Health for over 3 years, first as a Regional Suicide Prevention Coordinator and administrative support for the program, and now as Regional Supervisor.


I graduated from Rasmussen College in 2014 with a Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management, and Southern New Hampshire University in 2018 with a Master of Public Health Degree.

License and Credentials

I am a certified trainer of QPR, SafeTALK, Connect Postvention, and Working Minds suicide prevention trainings. I am also trained in ASIST to provide intervention support.
