Professional Experience

I have been working with individuals to manage and to overcome their mental illnesses and mental disabilities since 2008. My work experience in social work and therapy consists of behavior therapist (ABA), independent living skills (ILS), homeless outreach, brain training (at the same time as a second job as a lead teacher in the infant room), children’s therapeutic and support services (CTSS), adult mental health rehabilitative services (ARMHS) and case management. Having worked with all ages, a variety of cultures and a multitude of settings, I have gained insight into a variety of disabilities, illnesses and conditions and ways to help.

Education

I have a bachelors in secondary education with a double major in psychology and communicative disorders and half of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis. I have intentions of completing a master’s degree in social work.
