Professional Philosophy

“At any given moment, you have the power to say: this is not how my story is going to end” ~Christine Mason Miller

At times, circumstances in life – such as a mental health issue, substance use issue, family or relationship issues, or a loss – may cause us to lose sight of the journey or path we are on in life. Therapy is a way to help heal the pain in order to remove roadblocks and get back onto our path. As a therapist, I see the client as the expert in their own life and see myself as a coach who can guide and offer support along the way. The power improve your life is within everyone and I look forward to starting your journey of discovery with you.
