As a public health professional, I strongly believe in the importance of health education and promotion, which are vital in supporting suicide prevention in Minnesota. My goal is to provide resources and support to ensure all Minnesotans have access to crisis services and education about how suicide can prevented.
Whether my professional career, or my personal life I always want to leave a positive impact wherever I go. It is important to me to help and be resourceful to the communities in which I work in.
As a suicide prevention coordinator, it is my mission to reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing practical suicide prevention training and seminars. I provide quality education for all people and of all ages. This can be done in individual and/or group training.
