Asking for help can be scary and I want every client I work with to feel safe, heard, respected, and valued. I will meet you where you are at and create a safe place for you to process concerns, as well as work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that works for you, with your goals in mind.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have more than 4 years of experience working in outpatient therapy with all age ranges, as well as working with couples and families
When I am not at work, I am a typically a homebody and enjoy spending time with my 3 Shelties, crocheting, and teaching myself new hobbies/crafts/DIY projects. In the summer months, you can find me outside in my vegetable and flower gardens.
