We can’t always change the circumstances life throws at us, but we can change how we respond to it. Sharing your story can open doors to understanding how you see yourself and the world. Many people carry pain from previous experiences into current situations, causing them to feel the pain again, even when they don’t need to. I will help you to cope with the pain you’re feeling and challenge those thought patterns to work towards relief of that pain. I use an interpersonal, narrative approach in therapy with many aspects of CBT incorporated to ensure clients have skills to face their life challenges.
