Life Skills Counselor
I lead with the belief that trusting relationships are key to finding a sense of belonging and purpose. I seek to understand the unique experiences of each person that I encounter. I find meaning and purpose in walking alongside people to help them discover their personal value and path to recovery.
I studied community public health and Spanish at Winona State University, where I received my bachelors of science. I have experience in nonprofit community engagement, case management, and youth program development. I have supported youth through mentorship, education, and therapeutic support groups- with the focus of building trusting relationships, gaining emotional intelligence and individual empowerment.
I love to be active. I enjoy running, playing tennis and pickleball, and doing CrossFit. I also spend my free time coloring, doing puzzles, or hanging with friends.
