My practice as a social worker and therapist is informed by person centered and relational frameworks, and is trauma informed and strengths based.
While completing my Master of Social Work with a specialization in clinical mental health, I completed both my practicums in school-based settings. I have experience providing counseling in a K-8 setting, and therapy in a high school setting.
In my free time I enjoy embroidery, spending time outdoors, and reading.
