Mobile Crisis Clinician
I believe that authenticity and humor are integral to healing and connection. I encourage clients to trust their intuition, value themselves, and nurture helpful relationships in their lives. I have a quirky sense of humor and work to build authentic connections with clients. I keep the client at the center of the therapeutic work. I incorporate elements of solution-focused therapy (SFT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) into my practice. I am passionate about helping clients feel accepted and providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for them to heal.
From July 2022 to July 2023, I was an Associate Therapist in the Assessment and Intake Department at PrairieCare. In this role, I completed assessments and made provisional diagnoses to ensure clients receive an appropriate level of care.
From July 2023 to December 2023, I was an Associate Therapist in the Youth Intensive Outpatient Program at PrairieCare. Working as part of a team, I provided psychosocial assessment and suicide risk assessment, led therapeutic process groups and CBT psychoeducation groups. Working with patients and families, I formulated and implemented treatment plans.
From December 2023 to October 2025, I worked as an Individual Therapist at Ellie Mental Health. In this role, I conducted diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and outpatient individual therapy to adults and adolescents. I used a combination of humanistic and cognitive-behavioral modalities. In addition, I conducted annual wellness checks for first responders, assessing for mental health needs.
I love spending time with my family (my husband and our two fur babies, Mack and Fiona), working out, and connecting with friends and loved ones. Mack is a Chinese Crested Mix, and Fiona is a Pitbull/Schnauzer mix. I regularly check my credit score.
