Clinical Trainee
My philosophy of care is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe that every person carries unique strengths, and my role as your therapist is to walk alongside you in uncovering those strengths and using them to navigate challenges. As a social worker, I am guided by values of equity, dignity, and cultural humility. I welcome clients from all walks of life and strive to create an environment where differences are not only respected but celebrated. Above all, I want you to know that you are not alone on your journey, and that meaningful change is possible when we work together.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and hold a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership. I am a Provisionally Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW). My experience includes working with individuals and families in areas such as mental health support, parenting, crisis response, and connecting people with resources. I have provided care in community, educational, and residential settings, which has taught me the importance of compassion, cultural humility, and tailoring care to each person’s unique needs.
I am originally from Nepal and now live in Minnesota with my spouse and our dog, Mack. I am currently getting into reading and enjoy spending quiet time with family. I speak English, Nepali, and Hindi, and I value connecting with people from all different backgrounds.
