ARMHS Practitioner
I believe that every person has a capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths, rebuild your confidence and reclaim your independence. You will always be treated with respect, compassion and dignity.
I have received specialized trading in adult rehabilitation and mental health care, with a focus on supporting individuals who are working towards recovery, independence, and improved quality of life. My training has equipped me with skills in psychosocial rehabilitation, trauma informed care, crisis intervention, collaborative goal setting, and holistic wellness approaches.
I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of effective care. I want you to feel comfortable not only with the support I provide but also with who I am as a person. I understand how important pets can be in people’s lives. They bring comfort and compassion, and joy. I welcome conversations about your pets and recognize the role they play in your recovery and wellbeing.
