I believe that finding balance in one’s life is important. I use an MST approach that focuses on ones strengths, and use CBT techniques to help find the balance that one is looking for.
I have worked with youth, adults, couples and families for 5 years. I started out providing services through CTSS skills for 2 years, I transitioned into providing family therapy to individuals that were in crisis for 3 years.
