As a mental health practitioner, I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. My approach
focuses on helping them develop self-awareness, resilience, and the skills to thrive in their daily lives.

I’ve had the privilege of working as an ARMHS provider for more than two years now. I have had the opportunity to support individuals with mental
health challenges in their homes and communities, assisting them with various aspects of their lives. This includes helping them develop essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and coping strategies.
I am currently attending Winona State University to achieve my LADC.
