Psychotherapist Clinical Trainee
I believe in person-centered care based on a strong therapeutic relationship, cultural context, creativity, honesty, and compassion. I aim to walk alongside my clients, assisting them in discovering their unique path to wellness.
I have worked in mental health for more than 5 years, primarily in Co-occurring Disorders programs. I come from a background in recovery coaching and SUD counseling. I began my career at a treatment center called The Recovery Academy in Saint Paul where I became the lead recovery coach after gaining my CPRSR credential. From there, I did my co-occurring disorders internship at YourPath, an organization specializing in connecting underserved Minnesotans to SUD and Mental Health care.
