I believe therapy brings empowerment through knowledge and self understanding. I work with people to find balance and develop ways of coping with stressors that build up their strength. With compassion and action, brings real healing.
Prior to starting with Canvas Health as a crisis clinician, I have worked with adolescents, and their families, in a treatment facility, worked in ARMHS, and interned at a fertility clinic and with an eating disorder focused clinic.
