As an LMFT, Dr. Gretchen believes that relationships heal. Finding the right therapist is one of those important relationships. Her therapy modality is rooted in solution-focused, CBT, and attachment-based, but she values humor no matter what she’s practicing. She strives to help you and those that come into the therapy room with you focus on strengths and hope. She believes that no matter how old you are, we all benefit from learning to accept and embrace our inner child. She’d love to help you do the same!
Dr. Gretchen holds both Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in child and adolescent therapy. She has over ten years of clinical experience serving clients throughout their lifespans and remains passionate about the work. Gretchen is a AAMFT (American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy) Approved Supervisor and Mentor and is a MN Board Approved Supervisor through both the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy and MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. Gretchen has achieved her Infant Mental Health Mentor Endorsement (IMH-E®) through the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health, recognizing her work with young children, families, and as a reflective supervisor.
