My therapeutic style is compassionate and sincere. I believe that each individual has within them the ability to heal, grow, thrive, and become their true selves. It is my goal to help my clients harness that ability. I strive to authentically connect with each client in order to help them feel accepted and celebrated in a non-judgmental and safe environment.
