Care Coordinator
I aim to provide organized and coordinated care between providers and families to ensure client’s receive person-centered and whole person care.
I have worked in the mental health field for 17 years in a variety of settings that include Community Behavioral Health Hospital, IRTS, and the past 11 years working as an Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Service provider.
