My goal as a therapist is to create a space for healing and a place for clients to grow. I believe I am a tool in clients tool box along their journey to meeting their therapeutic goals. In therapy I use strength based, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused therapy, and mindfulness skills to help clients learn and explore their thoughts and emotions.

  • MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Children and Adolescent Counseling -University of Wisconsin-Stout
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
