I have over 10 years of experience with mind and body health, over 3000 hours of yoga teaching experience. Trained in Yoga for Trauma for kids and Teens. Over 7 years working in a field of Recreational Therapy and Care for kids and Teens with Mental Disabilities. Currently doing my masters degree in Recreational Therapy.
