Your total payroll gift will be divided over 12 months (26 pay periods), beginning on January 5, 2024. Thank you for your generosity!

Important information: If you want to give an amount that is not listed, enter the full yearly total in the “Other” box. For example: $3 per paycheck x 26 paychecks = $78 total. With this example, you would enter $78.00 in the “Other” box.

If you would like to make a one-time gift instead of a payroll deduction gift, you can do so at https://www.canvashealth.org/donate/. In the “reason for giving” box, type “staff campaign.”
