Memory Boards offer a meaningful way to honor your loved one, along with others who have been lost to suicide, on the SOS 5K route.
On the form below, please submit a high-resolution photo of your loved one, along with 25-50 words responding to the prompt “The world is a better place becuase of my person. Here’s why:” We’ll print your words on a special 24″x36″ sign that will be displayed along the route on August 8, 2026.
If you have a Memory Board from previous years that you’d like to bring with you, feel free bring it to the designated area near registration and we’ll put it on the route for you.
