SOS participants can purchase a Memory Board to share their loved one(s) story and picture at the event. The Memory Boards will be displayed along the 5K route and will provide inspiration to those attending the event. Families may take the Memory Boards home after the event.
In the “Tribute” section below, please enter a 25-50 word message explaining how the world is better because of your loved one. Then, please email a photo of your loved one to info@canvashealth.org.
