Each mental health journey is unique. I focus on clients honoring their authentic self through their journey to goal attainment.
I received my Bachelors of the Arts in psychology with focus on social welfare from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I have worked in community-based services for nearly the decade.
I enjoy wellness and personal development and continue to educate myself on nutrition and psychology topics. I enjoy adventures and am always seeking new experience to try. I come from a large, blended family and have come to value strong health connections.
