I approach each client with a curiosity and active listening. Once I know what their concerns are, I am able to provide them with coping strategies and parenting tools as well as construct goals for them to work towards whilst attending my sessions.
I am certified through the Department of Health and Human Services in the state of Minnesota. I also took numerous online courses related to my profession.
I am a single mom to an incredible 17-year-old child who is non-binary. In my spare time I enjoy singing karaoke. In fact, I once was a professional opera singer. I also enjoy nature by taking walks in the park and sometimes fishing. Movies and music are other passions of mine.
