Crisis Clinician
I am committed to fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and develop healthier coping strategies. I often utilize an integrative and client-centered approach in therapy, tailoring interventions to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
I am a dedicated mental health professional with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families in a variety of settings. This has included, In-home and Community-Based settings, Outpatient Clinics, Hospitals, County Jails, and working in School-Based Programs for the past 17 years. Having had the opportunity to provide mental health services in this wide variety of settings, has allowed me to grow as a professional and also made me more passionate about what I do. In addition to my clinical work, I am also passionate about mental health advocacy, community education, and ongoing professional development.
Outside of my time working professionally, I enjoy spending time with my four children and other family and friends. I am also an active “Sports Mom” throughout the school year. Additional hobbies include reading, walking, playing board/card games, and spending time in Northern MN at my parent’s lake cabin.
