ARMHS Practitioner
I take a holistic approach in working with my clients. I believe that an individual’s mental/emotional health, physical health, and spiritual health are all vital components to a persons’ overall well-being. My goal is to create a calm and comforting working relationship with my clients, in order to instill trust and confidence in the work we do together. I aim to provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space for clients to grow. My overarching philosophy is that we are all in it together and it is our connectedness that makes us whole.
I graduated with my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles in 2019 and have over 5 years of experience working with individuals in community mental health settings. I completed an internship working in the counseling department of a busy non-profit community mental health clinic in undergrad, completed an internship in graduate school working in the counseling department at the university, and have worked in Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services for over 4 years now.
I deeply connect with nature and love spending all my free time outdoors.
