School-Based Therapist; STMA Middle School East
I believe that every child has an innate desire to feel safe, understood, and valued, and I strive to create a therapeutic space within the school environment where they can explore their emotions and challenges without fear of judgment. Grounded in an attachment-informed lens, I meet students exactly where they are—recognizing that their behaviors and emotional responses are often expressions of unmet needs, evolving identities, and early relational patterns.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with more than seven years of experience in the mental health field. My professional background spans intensive day treatment and outpatient settings, where I have provided comprehensive therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational needs.
When not at work, I love to read, spend time outside, try new restaurants, travel, spend time with friends and family and play with my two cats.
