Mobile Crisis Clinician
Life can be overwhelming and feel unmanageable at times. Asking for help can bring fear. I strive to honor the bravery it takes and meet each person where they are in their journey. I believe gaining a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation to helping individuals gain the fulfilling life that they desire.
I have a master’s degree in counseling and have worked within a wide range of mental health services, including- Crisis (co-response with LEO), Severe Mental Illness, and private practice. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing psychosis, Suicidal Ideation and Self Harm. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Psychosis, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Crisis Intervention.
I enjoy being outside and participating, or watching, sporting events. I have a 100lb dog that is my pride and joy.
