Supervisor of Mobile Crisis Services
I am committed to meeting folks where they’re at and helping them to overcome life’s obstacles by leveraging their inherent strengths as human beings with great worth. I focus on practical, actionable steps to find meaning and foster growth.
My background is in community mental health serving youth, families and adults for over 10 years. I have spent time providing outpatient therapy as well as supervising youth day treatment programs and leading therapeutic groups.
My favorite thing to do is spend time with my kids. I consider myself a weekend warrior and love playing hard with them wherever we can find adventure. I feel that spending time with kids helps me remember to appreciate life’s simple pleasures.
