Professional Experience

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW). My professional training has equipped me with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and a deep understanding of the many social, emotional, and systemic challenges people face. But beyond the credentials, what truly drives my work is a genuine passion for helping others feel seen, empowered, and supported in becoming the most fulfilled version of themselves.

Much of my experience has been with adolescents who are navigating complex and unique life experiences—whether related to mental health, identity, trauma, or relationships. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many young people as they uncover their strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, and learn to advocate for themselves in powerful ways. These experiences have shaped me into a therapist who listens deeply, challenges thoughtfully, and always meets clients with compassion and respect. My training emphasizes the importance of building strong, trusting relationships, and I work hard to ensure that every person I meet with feels safe, valued, and never alone in their process. I see therapy as a partnership—and I bring both my professional knowledge and heartfelt dedication to every session. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready to explore new possibilities for your life, I’m here to support you in a way that’s meaningful, affirming, and tailored to you.

About Me

I recently got married to my husband, in October of 2024. I come from a big family—one of five siblings—which means I’ve always appreciated the beautiful (and sometimes chaotic!) dynamics that come with close relationships. Spending time with my family and loved ones is something I truly value, but I also cherish quiet moments of alone time to recharge and reflect.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me doing something creative or calming—like working on a puzzle, going for a walk outside, or just soaking up the sunshine. I love being outdoors and find nature to be incredibly grounding. I also share my home with my cat, Millie, who brings me so much joy.
