Mobile Crisis Clinical Trainee
I want to create a space where people feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard. My approach is based on building trust, listening without judgment, and working together to find what feels most helpful for you. I believe everyone has strengths, even during difficult times, and my goal is to help individuals build on those strengths while supporting them through life’s challenges.
My work has been in community mental health, including in-home therapy and skills-based services, as well as working with neurodiverse clients, children, adolescents, and families.
I use evidence-based, skills-focused approaches, but I prioritize what feels most useful and realistic for each person or family rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help clients build practical tools they can actually use, feel more understood in their experiences, and feel more supported in making changes that fit their life and needs.
I’m someone who values a calm, steady, and down-to-earth approach in both my work and personal life. I enjoy listening to audiobooks and learning about topics related to my special interests, and I also appreciate quiet, grounding routines.
Outside of work, I like spending time with my partner and relaxing with my cats. I also enjoy creating art, playing video games, being outside, and watching reality tv.
