School-Based Clinical Trainee
I love helping individuals build confidence, untangle old patterns, and create lives that feel truly their own. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Drawing from CBT, DBT, IFS and other evidence-based approaches, we’ll explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped you, build practical skills to navigate life as it is while working toward the life you want, and discover what helps you grow. From my approach, therapy isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about curiosity, experimentation, self-compassion, and taking baby steps toward growth.
I have more than 6 years of experience supporting both individuals and their loved ones. I obtained my masters in counseling with a speciality in addiction from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School in 2024 and received specialized educational opportunities through my appointment as an NBCC Minority Fellow specializing in adolescents.
I love games, reading, fantasy, nature, and my Chihuahua/Whippet named Ollie.
