I believe in working with clients to help to balance acceptance and change through CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing. I am currently seeing clients for substance use disorders at the Canvas Health Stillwater clinic, and I am also seeing clients at the Canvas Health Cottage Grove clinic for mental health challenges.
I have worked in the field for about 7 years both in outpatient and residential settings.
I have two cats, and love football, video games, especially Call of Duty III and watching WWE.
