Mobile Crisis Services Scott County Supervisor
I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. My approach is grounded in a systemic and culturally responsive lens, meaning I consider not only your individual experiences, but also your relationships, family dynamics, and broader life context. I work to help you make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop tools that support healing and growth. I approach this work with curiosity, compassion, and transparency, and I value creating a space where you feel empowered to share your story at your own pace.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, community-based services, and crisis care. My training includes working with trauma, relational concerns, and life transitions, and I draw from evidence-based and systemic approaches to support meaningful change. I have experience supporting clients in both ongoing therapy and more immediate, high-stress situations, which allows me to meet clients where they are and adapt care to their needs. My goal is to use this training to help you feel supported, better understand your experiences, and develop practical tools for healing and growth.
Outside of my work, I value connection, community, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy activities that help me stay grounded and present, such as being outdoors, trying new foods, and engaging in meaningful conversations. I also value learning and personal growth, which shows up both in my professional work and everyday life. I believe that bringing my authentic self into the therapy space helps create a warm and approachable environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.
