Abuse Response Services

Canvas Health’s Abuse Response Services serves victims of sexual assault and teen relationship abuse in Washington County. The program offers a range of services, including 24-hour telephone crisis response, short-term counseling, 24/7 response to local hospital emergency rooms, support groups, legal advocacy, Safe at Home application assistance and community education. Abuse Response Services Support Groups

The Sexual Violence Support Group is a free support group for adults who have experienced sexual abuse. The program is designed to help people recover from the effects of trauma and to help them find ways to grow, flourish and enjoy healthy relationships and happy lives. The group meets every Thursday from 5-6 p.m at Canvas Health’s Oakdale office. Download a flier about the adult support group here.
