My approach is holistic, utilizing therapies such as; Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance & Commitment, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and Trauma Informed. I utilize DBT skills training, psychoeducation and focus on strengthening an individual’s support system.
Many years of experience in mental health working with all ages in clinic, community and residential settings. My experience includes Outpatient Psychotherapy, Residential SPMI Services, Children’s Day Treatment, In-Home Family Based Services, Hospice, Substance Use Treatment, Supervision, and Program Administration.
